Registration
Once you have decided that you would like Alps Property Management Ltd to oversee your investment, it couldnt be simpler to arrange!
Alps Property Management operate two registration periods, a 6 monthly (summer or winter) and an annual registration period.
These are charged at £50.00 for 6 months or £100.00 annually.
Key Holding and Property Management
Once you have registered your property with us, you receive a monthly check including plumbing, heating and general security of the property, our key holding facility and a section on our website to help you market your property.
The key holding facility allows us to be present for any emergencies, deliveries and meeting of tenants, we also register ourselves as your key holder with the building agency in case of the need of local contact.
We will also provide a thorough post-season maintenance check of the property and report back to you with any damages or potential problems.
For clients that utilise our weekly cleaning services for the rental market during the winter months, registration fees and key holding services are already included and you will still receive a free maintenance check at the end of your rental season.
Meet and Greet
If you need someone to meet guests staying in your apartment on a weekly basis then we are available to meet your guests with keys, show them to their accommodation and collect the keys at the end of their stay.
Again, if you utilise our cleaning services, this already forms part of your quoted price. We can also quote for meet and greet on an individual needs basis.

All of the above cleaning services can be arranged at any time on an individual needs basis.
